To Become a Presenter at the Conference, an Applicant Must Submit:


  • An abstract of the presentation (up to 250 words);
  • Short bio (up to 100 words);
  • Formal picture in a good quality;
  • A manuscript for publishing in the conference proceedings (a conference paper must not exceed 5000 words in length (2000 words for work in progress papers), including abstract, figures, references and appendices);
  • A full paper for publishing in a journal or a book of chapters (optional).

An abstract, short bio(s) of the authors, author(s)’ formal picture(s) and a manuscript of the conference paper up to 5000 words must be submitted before the conference.


A full paper should be submitted within 1 month after the end of the conference.


Any person, delegate, accompanying person, student, media representative, speaker, or exhibitor is considered an attendee. Only fully completed registrations will be accepted.

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned below.

If the early registration deadline is missed, the late registration fee will be charged automatically.

The registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment in full. Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.

The delegates can submit up to two abstracts to be considered for accepting to the conference program and publishing in the Book of Abstracts.


In-Person Participation

The applications for presenting and publishing will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee.

The acceptance or rejection of the submission will be announced to the applicant within 10 days after the application.


The conference participation fee for In-Person participants covers:

(1) Admission to all conference sessions and materials;
(2) Participation certificate, 
(3) Conference Program (e-PDF), 
(4) Book of Abstracts (e-PDF),
(5) Coffee breaks, 
(6) Lunches during the conference days, 
(7) Access to all conference workshops,
(8) Reviewing and scientific guidance at all stages of the application,
(9) Publication in the conference proceedings after the reviewing process;
(10) Full-text paper published in one of the conference journals or in a book of chapters after the reviewing process,
(11) Visa and accommodation information support.

Please note, that registration fee does not include accommodation, transportation or any other travel arrangements, though the conference organising committee can provide assistance in arranging the transport as an extra service


The registration fee for attendees or accompanying persons covers admission to all conference sessions, a certificate of participation, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days.


SPECIAL OFFER!

In-person registered participants can apply to get an accommodation in a double room in the university hotel of Akdeniz University.


Singles rooms can be provided on availability.

The applications for the accommodation are accepted 1 month before the participant’s arrival the latest.

The number of the rooms is limited!

Online Participation

Academicians and students can submit their abstracts and full papers to present them online during the conference days.

The applications for presenting and publishing will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee.

The acceptance or rejection of the submission will be announced to the applicant within 10 days after the application.

Online participants can choose the option to publish their materials without presenting online.


The conference participation fee for Online Participants covers:

(1) Admission to all conference sessions and materials virtually;
(2) Participation certificate, 
(3) Conference Program (e-PDF), 
(4) Book of Abstracts (e-PDF),
(5) Reviewing and scientific guidance at all stages of the application,
(6) Publication in the conference proceedings after the reviewing process,
(7) Full-text paper published in one of the conference journals or in a book of chapters after the reviewing
process.

+ Please also note that: (1) At least one author for a presentation must register and pay the registration fee. (2) An author can submit and present two papers for the conference. (3) The registration fee covers the registration of only one participant. The conference certificate will be prepared and printed only for the person who pays the conference fee and participates in-person. (4) If two (or more) authors can submit only one paper to present in the conference together, one fee by the presenting participant must be paid in case other authors do not come to the conference, in case all authors are present at the conference, they are due to pay registration fee each. (5) By paying the registration fee, the author can present up to two papers or give one workshop. (6) If co-authors submit only one paper and only one of these authors participates, only a fee for one participant must be paid.


+ Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Organising Committee at apbm.iatels@gmail.com. In case of the cancellation the registration fee is not refunded.

If the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to the events beyond the control of the conference organisation (Force Majeure), the conference organisers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.


The registration is considered as completed if an applicant has submitted timely:

  • An abstract up to 250 words,
  • A short bio of each author (50-100 words),
  • A formal picture in a good quality of each author,
  • A manuscript of a conference paper (not exceeding 5000 words in length (2000 words for work in progress papers), including abstract, figures, references and appendices),
  • A copy of the bank slip about the registration fee payment mailed to apbm.iatels@gmail.com
