Considering the restrictions on international trips and traveling APBM is going to be held in a blended mode.
In case it will be not possible for international academicians to come personally, the program will be rearranged accordingly.
In-person Presenters – Academicians present their studies in the venue of the conference (the time slot about 20 minutes or more will be announced after finalising the conference program), participate in the discussions and join other sections of the conference.
The Presenters receive the certificate about presenting and participation in the conference, all the conference materials in pdf format (conference program, the presentations’ leaflets, access to the online sessions and discussions, other conference materials).
The registration fee includes 2 nights accommodation with full meal board (breakfast + lunch + dinner) in one of our hotels (check the page of the Venue and choose a hotel of your preference).
The accommodation covered by the registration fee is in double rooms per person.
The accommodation in a single room requires 20 Euro to pay extra for each night.
The conference organisers can arrange a bigger number of nights to spend in the hotels of our venue at special rates to pay extra to the registration fee.

In this status the delegates receive an access to all sessions of the conference.
They also receive the conference materials in pdf format and a Certificate of Participation.

The delegates who would like to be accommodated in a single room will have to pay 20 Euro extra for each night.
Online Presenters – Academicians can present their studies online (the time slot about 20 minutes or more will be announced after finalising the conference program), participate in the discussions and join other sections of online presentations, submit their full paper for publishing in one of the conference journals. The journal will be suggested based upon the topic and profile of the paper. The Online Presenters receive certificates about presenting and participation in the conference, all the conference materials in pdf format (conference program, the presentations leaflets, access to the online sessions and discussions, other conference materials), publication of the paper in the journal.
Listeners – Anybody interested in the topics of the conference discussion can join as listeners. In this status the delegates receive an access to all online sessions of the conference day(s) they register for. In the end they receive the conference materials in pdf format and a certificate of the participation.
Virtual Participants – Academicians can register for the conference with their studies and their further publishing in one of the conference journals. In this status the submission will be included in the conference program and overviewed at the conference sessions of the Online Disputes and Discussions.
The group registrations from the same institutions or organisations can be considered for the discounts too.

+ Please also note that: (1) At least one author for a presentation must register and must pay the registration fee. (2) An author can submit and present one full paper to consider it for publishing in one of the conference journals. (3) Registration fee covers registration of only one participant. The conference certificate will be prepared only for the person who pays the conference fee.
+ Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference organization by email at email@example.com. In case of the cancellation the registration fee is not refunded.
In case the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to the events beyond the control of the conference organization (Force Majeure), the conference organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Under these circumstances, the conference organization reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future conference, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
