Aims of APBM 2025

The main aim of ABPM 2025 is to make a way for:
- Facilitating collaboration between academia and business,
- Bringing theory and practice together,
- Highlighting the points for developing new projects, collaborative scenarios and networks for integrating academic knowledge into business and develop entrepreneurship skills of the academic community.
The conference is going to comprise invited talks, workshops, oral presentations in presence and in an online mode.

Prof. Anuradha ParasarDean, School of Liberal Education, Galgotias University, India

Prof. Parasar is Commonwealth Academic Fellow. She is CMI Level V Management & Leadership Trainer (United Kingdom), Ph.D., MBA, M.Sc. Anthropology (Gold Medal), M.A. Sociology.
Prof. Anuradha Parasar’s work experience spans over 25 plus years in academia and academic administration. She is one of the founding Faculty member for various Universities.
Dr Parasar has extensive research contribution through books, Self - Learning Materials, Policy Handbooks, Research papers, Edited book and Case Studies.
Since 2010 Prof. Parasar has run successfully various campaign and movements for creating awareness about social problems & issues.
As multi-perspective person, she takes keen interest in promoting Yoga, Indian Traditional Medicine System – Ayurveda, Social Welfare Planning & Management, Community Connect, Nature Connect, Rural & Tribal Connect etc.

Prof. Dr. Iryna SekretIATELS Committee Chair, Turkey

Iryna Sekret, Prof. Dr., PhD in Educational Psychology, PhD in Education Studies, Professor in Education Sciences. She has been teaching in a number of universities of Ukraine and Turkey, occupying different academic and administrative positions. Currently she is the Chair of the Board of “StartinForum International” for the international project management in the fields of research and education, the Committee Chair of IATELS, International Association for Technologies, Education and Language Studies. Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret leads and participates in a number of the international research and educational projects on Foreign Language Education, ICT in Education, MOOCs for different educational purposes. Among her research interests is business management, social psychology and social skills training, e-learning pedagogy, foreign language education, psychological processes of learning.

Dr. Tomayess IssaBusiness and Law, Curtin University, Australia

Dr. Tomayess Issa is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Law at Curtin University, Australia. She completed her doctoral research in web development and human factors. Tomayess conducts research locally and globally in human-computer interaction, usability, sustainability, sustainable design, green IT, social networking, cloud computing, and teaching and learning. Tomayess authored several books with a high-ranking publisher about sustainable design, sustainability, and information systems; she published her work in high-ranking peer-reviewed journals, books, book chapters, papers, and research reports. She supervised PhD, Master of Phil, and Master Dissertations, and three of her PhD students were awarded a Letter of Commendation from the Chancellor of the University. She received Curtin Guild awards for excellency of her teaching and supervision. She is interested in establishing teaching methods and styles to enhance the students’ learning experiences and resolve problems that they face.

Dr. Javier Zavala-RayasZacatecas Autonomous University, Mexico

Doctor in Psychology at National University Autonomous of Mexico 1998-2002, Teacher-Researcher at Zacatecas Autonomous University since 1996. Dr. Javier teaches courses in Psychology, Program Humanistics and Educative Research. He is a member of National Networks "Violence and Health", "Social Psychology", Editor Member of Mexican Society of Social Psychology Journal and Psicumex Journal, author and coauthor of books and journal articles. He is also a Member of National System of Researchers a distinction on National Council of Science and Technology (Mexico). Mahnaz holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Monash University and completed her Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has held several academic roles at Australian and Chinese universities teaching and consulting staff and students. Her research interests include tertiary education quality, academic skills development, assessment design, artificial intelligence and academic integrity, phonology, intercultural communication, and the pedagogical implications of English as an international language.

Rohini's research focuses on the impact of IT innovations on business, society, and the environment, with a particular emphasis on reflective practices and their implications for learning and teaching in higher education. Recently, she has begun exploring how Generative AI is transforming learning environments and shaping policy and pedagogical strategies to meet the evolving needs of industry, society, and the educational sector.
