Any person, delegate, accompanying person, student, media representative, speaker, or exhibitor is considered an attendee. Only fully completed registrations will be accepted.

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned below.

If the early registration deadline is missed, the late registration fee will be charged automatically.

The registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment in full. Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.

The delegates can submit up to two abstracts to be considered for accepting to the conference program and publishing in the Book of Abstracts.

The conference participation fee for in-person participants covers:

(1) Participation certificate, 
(2) Conference Program (PDF), 
(3) Book of Abstracts (PDF),
(4) Conference Bag,
(5) Conference Badge,
(6) Coffee breaks, 
(7) Lunches during the conference days, 
(8) 2 nights of accommodation in a double room,
(9) Access to all sessions and workshops of the conference,
(10) Full-text paper published in one of the 
conference journal or in the conference proceedings after the review 
process (one author can submit two papers).

Please note, that registration fee does not include transportation or any other travel arrangements, though the conference organising committee can provide assistance in arranging the transport as an extra service

The registration fee for attendees or accompanying persons covers admission to all conference sessions, certificate of participation, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days as well as the accommodation in case there is an availability.

The conference participants who are planning to come personally and use the accommodation provided, must register as soon as possible to be sure that the accommodation is still available.

The number of the rooms is limited.

The registration fee covers the accommodation in the university hotel (Akdeniz University, Antalya) in a double room. The accommodation in a single room is not guaranteed though the organising committee will do their best to provide the best possible conditions for the conference guests.

The virtual participants can submit their abstracts and full papers and present their studies online during the days of the conference or they can choose the option to publish their materials without online presentation.

The registration fee for virtual presentations covers the participation certificate emailed in PDF format and a publication in one of the conference journals or a conference monograph emailed in PDF format.

The participants who are registered for the conference ( 27 – 28 of October) or to the Psychological Intensive Program “Well-Being” (29 – 30 of October) can enjoy 4 full days of their participation in the program of APBM 2022.

The accommodation for 2 more days will be provided for extra costs at the discounted rate in case of its availability.

+ Please also note that: (1) At least one author for a presentation must register and pay the registration fee. (2) An author can submit and present two papers for the conference. (3) The registration fee covers the registration of only one participant. The conference certificate will be prepared and printed only for the person who pays the conference fee and participates in-person. (4) If two (or more) authors can submit only one paper to present in the conference together, one fee by the presenting participant must be paid in case other authors do not come to the conference, in case all authors are present at the conference, they are due to pay registration fee each. (5) By paying the registration fee, the author can present up to two papers or give one workshop. (6) If co-authors submit only one paper and only one of these authors participates, only a fee for one participant must be paid.

In case the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to the events beyond the control of the conference organization (Force Majeure), the conference organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
